These terms cover your use of mightytemplate.com and the templates you buy here. Mighty Template is a sole proprietorship based in Atlanta, Georgia (“we” or “us”). By creating an account or buying, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to buy and download the templates. Give us accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Buying
The template library costs $97, paid once. Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and handles checkout, payment, sales tax and receipts, so your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you’ve already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

What you can do with the templates
When you buy, you get a license to use the templates for your business:
Use them on as many jobs as you like.
Share them with the people who work in your business: employees, partners and office staff.
Change anything, including the formulas, layout and branding.
Send clients the estimates, schedules and invoices you make with them.
What you can’t do
Sell, give away or share the template files, whether changed or not, outside your business.
Post the files anywhere the public can download them.
Include them in a product you sell, such as another template, course or software tool.
Share your account login with people outside your business.
The templates and everything on this site belong to Mighty Template. Buying a license doesn’t transfer ownership.
Requirements
The templates need Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365, on Windows or Mac. They don’t work in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or older versions of Excel. Check this before you buy.
Updates
When we release a new version of a template, it shows up on your dashboard at no extra cost. We plan to keep improving the templates, but we can’t promise future updates or new templates.
Check your own numbers
The templates are tools to help you organize your numbers. They aren’t accounting, tax, legal or engineering advice. You’re responsible for the figures you enter, the bids and invoices you send, and checking that the results are right for your job. Review anything important before you rely on it.
No warranty
The templates and the site are provided “as is.” We work to keep them accurate and working, but we don’t guarantee they’ll be error-free or meet every need.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost bids, lost data or other indirect losses from using the templates or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
Ending access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by reselling or publicly sharing the files. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and the version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
