Mighty Template is a small business in Atlanta, Georgia that sells Excel templates for contractors. This page explains what information we collect when you use mightytemplate.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Account details. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored by our sign-in provider in encrypted form, and we can’t see them.

Purchase details. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your billing name, email, country and payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought and when. We never see or store your full card number.

Messages. If you email us, we keep the email and our reply so we can help you.

Usage data. Like most websites, we collect pages visited, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or country) from your IP address.

How we use it

To create your account, deliver your files and keep your dashboard working.

To send emails about your purchase, such as receipts, password resets and notes when a template is updated.

To answer your questions.

To understand which pages people use, so we can improve the site.

To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a few services to run the site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

Framer hosts the website and provides cookie-free page statistics.

FrameAuth runs sign-in, accounts and access to your dashboard.

Lemon Squeezy processes payments as our reseller and merchant of record. Its own privacy policy covers the checkout.

Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site.

YouTube plays our walkthrough videos. Google may set cookies when you play a video.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how people use the site. Visitors in Europe see a short notice about this when they first arrive. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block all cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is open, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires after that. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. Email support@mightytemplate.com from the address on your account and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you delete your account, you lose access to your dashboard and downloads. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
