Refund Policy

The templates are digital files you can download as soon as you pay, so all sales are final. There are a few exceptions, listed below. Watch the walkthrough videos before you buy to see exactly how each template works.

When we’ll refund you

You were charged twice. If you bought the library more than once by mistake, we’ll refund the extra charge.

A file doesn’t work and we can’t fix it. If a template won’t open or work correctly in Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365, email us within 30 days of buying. We’ll work with you to fix it. If we can’t fix it within 14 days of your email, we’ll refund you in full.

The law requires it. If consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we’ll honor it.

When we won’t

You changed your mind or didn’t end up using the templates.

You’re using Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or an older version of Excel. The requirements are listed on every product page.

You’ve already downloaded the files and simply want your money back.

Customers in the EU and UK

Because the files are delivered right away, by buying you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once you download them. The exceptions above still apply.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@mightytemplate.com with the email address you used to buy and your Lemon Squeezy order number (it’s on your receipt). Tell us what happened. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, access to your dashboard and downloads ends.
