All templates purchased on the MightyTemplate website are done so in accordance with the following published Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read the following carefully. By registering or purchasing a template on MightyTemplate, you are automatically bound by these terms. MightyTemplate also reserves the right to change or modify these terms without prior notice.

Please note that MightyTemplate.com does not, and cannot, warrant that all templates will work in all browser and system configurations, although we do every effort to develop all templates to be fully compatible IE6, IE7, Safari 2, Firefox 1.5+, Firefox 2.0+, Opera 9. But output of 3DP modules, components, plug-ins may result in unexpectable results.

Registration

Registration is free on our site.

• All information you provide will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern
• You must be at least 13 years old to register on our site
• You must provide honest and correct information
• By registering you agree with these terms and conditions
• You are to keep confidence of your login and password
• If your login details are compromised, you are required to contact us immediately.

Delivery

After successful purchase you can access download immediately. You can download as many templates as per subscription you chose. Please be careful and read subscription description carefully. 

Ownership

All our templates are commercial. You may not redistribute or release any of our products. All templates XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or not.

All the information contained on this website is copyright of MightyTemplate and may not be copied, either in part or in whole. As we respect your privacy, we ask in return that you respect ours. This includes all text, photographs and design. No information may be used without prior consent and is protected under local law.

Refund Policy

All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received, we have no control of duplications being made of the product. It is for this reason, we usually do not issue refunds on any of our product.

Anyway please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.

All purchased customers may access support desk/forum to submit support tickets which we response at least in 24 hours. Skype, MSN, telephone support are also available in business working time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM +6 GMT.
